By now you probably know that Mt. Juliet leads all of Tennessee in sales of New Homes.  Mt. Juliet is rated #29 in the USA for new homes sales.  And we all know that Providence leads Mt. Juliet in the sale of thse new homes.

But did you know that Mt. Juliet is also among the leaders in Tennessee for sales of existing homes?

And what neighborhood leads Mt. Juliet?  If you guessed Willoughby Station you were right.  Since May 1 Willoughby Station accounts for more than 10% of existing home sales in Mt. Juliet.

But even more important, Since May 1, there have been 13 homes to sell or go under contract  in Willoughby Station. That's more than 1/3 of the 36 homes that were available in just 5 weeks.
