Attention to detail is the cornerstone for any successful form of service. Lori learned this early in her career, when at age nineteen, she was promoted from a Fitness Trainer to General Manager of the local health club in her hometown. Understanding the needs and goals of her members served her well in helping them reach their objectives. She maintained this same philosophy in her new position after relocating with her husband to the Nashville area, where she was recruited to manage another popular health club. After four successful years, the opportunity to branch out into another field presented itself. Lori took a position as a Leasing Agent with a local upscale apartment community, where her ability to both understand and resolve the needs and concerns of her cliental proved beneficial. Having experienced herself the inherent difficulties of moving from one place to another, she was able to confidently walk her clients through the sometimes tumultuous process. Her superiors recognized in her this unique skill, and soon rewarded her with the opportunity for advancement. Over the next twelve years, Lori would serve as Property Manager at three separate communities, as well as District Property Manager, where her duties would include oversight of nearly 2,500 apartment homes. Still, while serving in that capacity, she never lost sight of the importance of communication and availability to her customers; her beloved tenants. After taking a couple of years off to spend with her children, Lori began using her sales and marketing abilities to further advance her and husband’s flooring business. Many of her clients were Real Estate Agents, looking for help in improving the appeal of homes they had on the market. Once again, her eye for the minor details, often overlooked by others, proved beneficial to both her own business and to the agents. Her recommendations, beyond the flooring needs, were often the catalyst for a sale. This experience, along with her background in property management, prompted her to pursue her real estate license and a rewarding new career.
